Kastriot Muçolli has extensive experience in administration in both the public and private sectors. He served as a political advisor in the Ministry of Internal Affairs for 3 years, and was engaged in the Municipality of Prishtina as a project coordinator. From 2013 to 2017, he led “Prishtina24”, a local media outlet based in the capital.
In 2018, he completed the “Political Branding” module at the Friedrich Naumann Foundation’s International Leadership Academy in Gummersbach, Germany.
In addition to his professional engagement, Kastrioti has attended several programs and trainings organized by the Friedrich Naumann Foundation, the National Democratic Institute (NDI), USAID, the European Liberal Forum (ELF), the Liberal Communicators Network (LCN), the Council of Europe, the European Monitoring Center for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA), etc., and has led the voluntary initiative “Don’t Smoke” that has advocated for the public health of citizens with a focus on the implementation of the Tobacco Law.
At Teach For Kosova, in addition to office management, his role will also be managing public relations and digital marketing.
