Teach For Kosova places fellows in public schools to teach the most needed subjects throughout Kosova. While Fellows will be asked about their preferences, it is crucial that they are flexible and willing to work in any school that they are assigned. Fellows will be informed of the subjects they will be teaching once placements are confirmed.
HOW DOES TEACH FOR KOSOVA CHOOSE MY PLACEMENT SCHOOL?
Prior to placing a fellow, we actively work with potential partner schools and communities to determine their eligibility and compatibility with our program. Similarly, we work with fellows on an individual basis to prepare you for your unique two-year journey. Schools and fellows are coupled based on the needs of the school and the profession/specialization of the fellow. Teach For Kosova places each fellow in a public school where your impact will be the greatest.
