Besnik Avdiaj is a Program Manager at Teach for Kosova, where he passionately leads the development and implementation of the Fellowship Program activities.
With multifaceted experience in the public, private, and civil society sectors, Besnik has been committed to empowering young people as key actors of social change for over a decade.
In addition, Besnik is a tenured assistant professor and PhD candidate in the field of management and entrepreneurship at the University of Prishtina. He brings a balanced approach between strategic planning and concrete fieldwork, with the aim of supporting Fellows in creating sustainable impact in education and the community.
