Arrita Gola was born in Gjakova in 1994. She completed her bachelor studies at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Prishtina. She is now completing her master studies, again in economics at the University of Prishtina. She has completed a semester of master studies at the University of Nice in France.
Arrita has been part of civil society in Kosova since 2016. She has worked at WUS Kosova as a project officer and in the EDI Project Phase 2 & 3 and EDI Plus Project as the project coordinator. This year, Arrita has become part of Teach for Kosova team as a projects manager. Her experience is focused on increasing and improving the quality of education in Kosova.
Over the years, she has worked with many international and local donors such as: European Commission, European Council, US Embassy, USAID, UNDP, Austrian Development Agency, Ministry of Education, Science and Technology in Kosovo, and many others. Throughout her professional experience, Arrita has been involved in many other activities and
trainings in various countries in Europe as a mentor or participant in the field of education, advocacy and civic activism, youth policy and policies against extremism.
